Job Description

A Senior Marketing Professional will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our hotel and restaurant business. This involves:

  • Conducting market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitors in the tourism industry.
  • Crafting compelling marketing collateral, including digital content, advertisements, and promotional materials that showcase our unique selling proposition.
  • Managing digital marketing channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and website content, to effectively reach and engage with our target audience.
  • Analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborating with management and chef teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage in marketing strategies.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent time management skills, a deep understanding of the tourism industry, and the ability to work under pressure. You should also have prior experience as a marketing specialist in the tourism industry, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. However, this figure may vary based on individual circumstances.
