Senior Conveyancing Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancing Professional to join our team in a convenient Neutral Bay location. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established and growing legal services firm specialising in Conveyancing, Property and Family Law.
About the OpportunityThis role involves autonomously completing conveyancing matters from initial engagement to settlement through PEXA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing conveyancing workflows and priorities, engaging new clients, reporting on conveyancing matters, and considering improvements to processes and precedents.
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage conveyancing workflows and priorities to ensure seamless client experiences
- Engage new clients, verify their identity, and establish strong working relationships
- Report on conveyancing matters, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with other staff members to assist the conveyancing process as required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancer in NSW
- A Bachelor of Laws or Conveyancing certificate
- Proficiency in PEXA and/or Smokeball
You should also possess excellent time management and prioritising skills, professional communication skills, an energetic and optimistic attitude, and strong problem-solving skills with a calm manner.

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 plus superannuation and bonuses, totalling approximately $90,000 to $100,000 per annum, depending on performance and experience.
