Inventory Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Coordinator to support our stockroom operations in Melbourne, Australia.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to facilitate day-to-day inventory management, logistics, and stockroom service delivery, ensuring a premium consumer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, processing, and storing merchandise in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize inventory levels, minimize losses, and improve stockroom efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a clean and organized stockroom environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
