Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Inventory Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop by managing inventory, ordering and issuing parts, processing invoices and job cards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and shipments.
  2. Process and verify incoming and outgoing inventory, including receipts and deliveries.
  3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  4. Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or shipping.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve overall business objectives and goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
