**Job Title:** Inventory Management Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of event supplies and equipment.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in inventory management and logistics, warehouse operation or stock control. They will also possess strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate stock records, as well as excellent organisational skills and ability to manage high-volume environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of event supplies and equipment
  • Track inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across multiple locations
  • Coordinate deliveries and restock items as required during the event
  • Maintain organised and efficient storage spaces, adhering to safety protocols
  • Communicate with event teams to meet operational needs and deadlines effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inventory management and logistics, warehouse operation or stock control
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate stock records
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage high-volume environments
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, ensuring smooth operations

All roles are casual contracts that will commence on a specified date unless otherwise communicated. Shifts may be rostered across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays and paid in accordance with industry award. All onboarding and training will be provided prior to commencement.
