Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to drive process improvements and operational efficiency across our logistics business.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement using LEAN and continuous methodologies, working closely with sites to implement change.
  • Deliver project outcomes through process re-engineering and redesign of operational layouts.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams on Kaizen activities and training.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and productivity reports.
  • Guide operations teams to achieve target levels on site accreditation programs.
Requirements

A tertiary qualification in industrial engineering or related field is essential, as is experience in a related role. Key skills include knowledge of process improvement tools, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and ability to apply them in a dynamic environment.
  • Clear communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software.
