Operations Executive
Role Summary:The Operations Executive will provide operational support and implement various operational improvement projects to assist the operations function in operating safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the operations function to achieve high standards of efficiency and productivity
- Implement relevant systems, procedures, and processes to enhance operations performance
- Supervise personnel to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and safely
- Conduct end-of-month stocktake activities, inventory control, and productivity analysis
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and community systems
- Promote quality requirements among team members and self
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to achieve company objectives
- Coordinate logistics for transporting stock between sites and assist with bulk export operations
Applicants should possess leadership skills in a safety-oriented environment. Strong communication and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
