Key Business Development and Intake Role

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a National Business Development and Intake Manager.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the national growth strategy and delivering business development initiatives across all services. This includes managing initial assessments, intake, and onboarding of new participants, as well as driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing efforts.

  • Develop and implement market-leading national growth and sales culture
  • Build and manage processes for relationship management, nurturing and converting business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with funding bodies and stakeholders
  • Identify, assess, and onboard clients while ensuring a positive experience
  • Coordinate with operations and support divisions to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
  • Drive business development and recruitment initiatives

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • National Police Records Check
  • NDIS Worker Screen or willingness to obtain
  • Evidence of work rights
  • Preparedness to undertake some intra and interstate travel
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Services Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in a Business Development role within the community disability space
  • Adept understanding and knowledge of the NDIS, Disability and Aged Care sectors
