National Disability Growth Strategist

We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to lead our national business development strategy. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational leadership and management across all services, ensuring inclusive outcomes for individuals and families accessing our disability service.
You will be responsible for managing initial assessments, intake, and onboarding of new participants, as well as driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
The Opportunity:
You will report directly to the General Manager, overseeing and delivering growth strategy to support more people to live happier, healthier, and more independent lives. You will be responsible for generating, nurturing, and converting leads through highly developed relationship management skills in a defined region and acting as an outstanding brand ambassador while working closely with the Workforce & Operations network, BD network, and Service Delivery team.
You will establish and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify, triage, assess, and onboard clients while ensuring a positive experience.
You will also own conversation targets and plans across all stages of customer journey, generate and convert leads through sales and marketing efforts, build and maintain strong local community and referral networks, manage the initial assessment, intake, and onboarding processes for new participants.
