Job Title: Senior Business Director

Lead a dispersed network of franchise locations as a senior business director, driving performance and growth through strategic leadership and hands-on support.

You will oversee the national franchise network with autonomy, leveraging your skills to optimize systems, processes, and team performance for tangible results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and coaching high-performing leaders who can drive regional results
  • Focusing on system optimization and process development for measurable benefits to stakeholders
  • Crafting training programs covering commercial acumen, customer service excellence, and related capabilities
  • Driving revenue/profit growth through system enhancements
  • Leveraging compliance and operational excellence initiatives to ensure brand consistency across locations

This role is ideal for someone with experience in similar roles managing multiple franchise locations or a distributed network through a small team. You should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving performance across dispersed teams.

Requirements
  • Current experience in a similar role managing multiple franchise locations or a distributed network through a small team
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve performance across dispersed teams
  • Experience using KPI-driven methodologies and business planning tools
  • Ability to travel to support a national network
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on support and a genuine interest in helping franchise owners build profitable, sustainable businesses
  • Financial management, budgeting, and revenue growth strategies
  • Excellent coaching and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
