Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Specialist to oversee the implementation of technical changes across IT systems and services.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate the technical intent, impact, and risk of proposed changes.
  • Schedule and document changes in an official calendar, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Prepare and distribute change plans and readiness steps to relevant teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor change execution, validate successful implementation, and manage escalations as required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management best practices, familiarity with ITIL and DCAM Frameworks, and effective communication skills for engaging with technical teams and business stakeholders.
