About the Role
  • We're looking for an experienced Change Coordination Specialist to manage IT system updates with minimal disruption.
Your Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate change objectives, impact, and risk factors.
  2. Develop and maintain schedules, as well as document changes in our official calendar.
  3. Create and disseminate comprehensive change plans and readiness procedures.
  4. Monitor change implementation, verify successful integration, and handle escalations when necessary.
  5. Support post-implementation evaluations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with established frameworks like ITIL and DCAM.
  • A solid understanding of Incident and Problem Management principles.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven experience driving continuous improvement through thorough reviews.
  • Security clearance: NV2 minimum, TSPV preferred.
