Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the achievement of successful engagements throughout the customer lifecycle, leveraging our cloud-based platform to drive customer success.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with customers, ensuring they realize the full value of their investment in our cloud-based platform.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Sales, Support, and Revenue Ops, to drive customer success and growth.
  • Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, providing recommendations based on risk and customer business needs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align activities with customer business cases and strategies.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or software sales.
  • Customer-facing experience within a SaaS environment.
  • Previous experience working with Digital Adoption Platforms.
  • Ability to interact with enterprise customer teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth.
  • Experience providing insights, building relationships, and driving value to C-Level.
