Job Title: Accounting Assistant

We are seeking an experienced accounting assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist in processing supplier invoices and payments, as well as reconciling bank accounts. They will also be responsible for entering bank allocations into the accounts receivable system for multiple bank accounts.

About You

To be successful in this position, you must possess strong accounting knowledge, including experience with accounts payable and receivable. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist Accounts Payable in processing supplier invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile bank accounts (domestic and overseas banks).
  • Enter bank allocations into the accounts receivable system for multiple bank accounts.
  • Provide support to the finance team as needed.
