Rehabilitation Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

The successful candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives and providing exceptional customer care. They will help clients regain their independence and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
  • Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity
  • Identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support individuals to achieve maximal work participation
  • Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to achieve wellness and recovery goals
  • Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
Essential Qualifications:
  • Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology (AHPRA, ESSA)
  • Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives in meaningful ways
  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
  • Commitment to high-level customer service for clients and customers
  • Willingness to work in the community (driver's license and access to own vehicle required)
  • Current or ability to obtain Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
