Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing orders, raising invoices, sending payment links, and coordinating logistics and shipping.
Main Responsibilities- Order Management: Enter orders, raise invoices, send payment links, and coordinate logistics and shipping.
- Account Support: Assist Account Managers across Australia, NZ, Asia, China, and Europe.
- Data & Systems: Maintain accurate records and data entry in Excel, Net Suite, Nu Order, and other platforms.
- Customer Enquiries: Manage a busy inbox, respond to wholesale enquiries, and follow up on delivery issues.
- 1+ years' experience in an administration or data-heavy role.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high energy and a passion for success.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a service-first approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Net Suite or Nu Order is highly desirable.
- The ability to analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Confident problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
