We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to join our team.

This role involves conducting outbound calls to businesses within our existing corporate database to confirm key contact details and identify decision-makers for future engagement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow call scripts and data protocols.

Responsibilities include:

  • Verifying and updating business contact information to ensure database accuracy
  • Identifying and recording key decision-makers within each organisation
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough call records using internal systems
  • Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times

Requirements include:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow call scripts and data protocols
  • Proven experience in sales environment preferred
  • Confident phone manner and ability to engage professionally with corporate contacts
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM or data entry systems (training provided)
