Business Development Coordinator

As a coordinator of bids and proposals, you will play a vital role in supporting the preparation of high-quality submissions for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of proposal processes, including the development and management of compelling project sheets, tailored bid content, and other proposal materials.
They will be responsible for:
- Developing and producing high-quality submissions that meet client needs and expectations;
- Strengthening proposal processes to improve efficiency and win rates;
- Understanding client needs and developing strategies to tailor proposals accordingly;
- Improving proposal quality through continuous improvement initiatives;
- Supporting business development tools and contributing to business development initiatives;
- Guiding strategic decisions to focus efforts on opportunities aligned with our vision and strengths;
- Championing best practices across the organization;
- Providing administrative support to the national bids and proposal lead on major pursuits;
Qualifications + Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in bids/proposals, preferably within professional services or a similar industry;
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate pursuits and independently manage submissions;
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and deadlines;
- Familiarity with government and private sector procurement processes;
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and CRM systems such as Salesforce is highly desirable.
