We are seeking a skilled Actuary/Analyst to join our team. As an integral member, you will have the opportunity to create enhancements that drive tangible value across the business.

  • Design and develop portfolio monitoring analytics to support in-depth understanding of portfolio performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Conduct comprehensive portfolio reviews and prepare stakeholder reports, suggesting rate and portfolio actions to meet stakeholder and customer needs
  • Develop, implement, and enhance technical actuarial models using best practice and innovative techniques
  • Challenge existing processes and lead change to streamline, innovate, and automate
  • Collaborate closely with Business Intelligence and IT teams to manage Actuarial requirements
  • Support the Actuarial team in designing and delivering strategic initiatives
Key Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a technical discipline such as Actuarial Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar quantitative field
  • Associate or Fellow of a recognized Actuarial Institute or Society, or in the process of obtaining
  • A strong customer focus, work ethic, and commitment to excellence
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using statistical software (e.g., Emblem, Radar, R) and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
  • Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
