The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, handling maintenance and repair requests efficiently, and liaising with contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer support to property owners and renters.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance and repair requests.
  • Collaborating with contractors to maintain properties in excellent condition.
  • Managing arrears effectively.
  • Representing the company at tribunal hearings as required.
  • Handling tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and rental negotiations.
Requirements

  • A valid certificate of registration.
  • A reliable vehicle and a current driver's license.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
