Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled portfolio manager to oversee a residential portfolio. This key role involves representing the best interests of landlords and tenants with professionalism, care, and integrity.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Leasing properties
  • Conducting lease renewals and rent reviews
  • Managing ingoing and routine inspections
  • Delivering exceptional landlord and tenant client service
  • Arrears management
  • Other general day-to-day tasks relating to portfolio management

  • Have strong attention to detail

  • Hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
