As a Senior Property Manager, you'll oversee a residential portfolio and represent the interests of landlords and tenants with professionalism, care, and integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Leasing of properties
  • Conduct lease renewals and rent reviews
  • Completing vacate inspections
  • Managing ingoing and routine inspections with Property Manager
  • Delivering outstanding landlord and tenant client service
  • Arrears management
  • Other general day-to-day tasks relating to portfolio management
About You
  • Are highly organised and can confidently prioritise tasks
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Are adaptable, eager to learn, and motivated to succeed
  • Hold a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Are committed to excellence in both your career and personal growth
