About the Job

As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across a global store network, ensuring consistent high-quality experiences for customers and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Catalyst: Act as an operational catalyst on the ground, testing, learning, mentoring, and ensuring stores are set up for success.
  • Operational Oversight: Conduct frequent store visits to co-create workflows, identify inefficiencies, and streamline execution.
  • Financial Management: Own retail financial metrics (sales, margin, EBIT, wages, expenses) while supporting trade levers (conversion, ATV, IPC, loyalty).
  • Process Simplification: Spot and support opportunities for simplification, process automation, and productivity-enhancing technologies that reduce complexity and improve outcomes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Deliver accurate, timely reporting on wages, expenses, and performance to inform decision-making.
  • Policy Development: Embed consistent processes and policies that drive compliance, efficiency, and best practice.
  • Project Leadership: Lead operational improvement projects that reduce costs, enhance systems, and enable digital transformation.
  • Technology Management: Oversee effective use of POS, payments/merchant, and workforce scheduling systems; ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Culture and Experience: Continuously improve the store team experience and elevate the customer journey, aligned with a culture-driven approach.
