Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Casual Sales Assistant to join our team in Wetherill Park, NSW. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be passionate about fashion, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by implementing effective sales strategies and providing outstanding service.
  • Assist in achieving strong sales performance in line with store goals by participating in product moves, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of yd. products, including features and benefits, using the product guide.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge of products.

Requirements

  • Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in a fashion-related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • A passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
