**About the role**

We have a vacancy for a professional Valet Driver & Concierge to join our prestigious Mercedes-Benz Service Department located in Miranda. This role presents an excellent opportunity to work with a fast-paced brand.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

  • Providing outstanding customer service by offering a warm and professional greeting upon arrival.
  • Maintaining the car park to ensure available parking spaces for customers.
  • Assisting with customer vehicles on the driveway.
  • Picking up and delivering customer vehicles to and from the workshop.
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner.

**Required skills and qualifications**

  • A strong customer service focus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A professionally presented appearance.
  • Ability to work within a busy team with multiple priorities.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • A current NSW unrestricted drivers license.
