Job Title: Concierge

As a key point of contact, you will provide exceptional service and ensure a smooth daily operation in a luxury automotive environment.

  • Offer refreshments to guests and ensure they are comfortable while waiting for the Sales or Aftersales Team.
  • Liaise with the Sales and Aftersales team to coordinate guest needs and maintain a professional appearance.
Requirements:
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Confidence in dealing with people at all levels and competent administration skills
  • Impeccable time management and a full clean driver's license

Our ideal candidate is an extremely confident individual who can handle VIP clients with discretion and care. They must be able to multitask and manage front desk administrative duties efficiently.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining immaculate presentation of the showroom and customer lounge areas. The successful candidate will have impeccable attention to detail and be committed to delivering exceptional results.
