We are seeking a skilled Aboriginal Health Worker to provide support to young people in need.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Aboriginal Health Worker. You will work closely with young people and their families to deliver culturally safe and effective healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with young people and their families.
  • Deliver culturally safe and effective healthcare services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III qualification in Aboriginal Primary Health Care or equivalent.
  • Experience working with Aboriginal communities and youth.
  • Eligibility to drive in NSW and ability to travel as required.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
