Key Job Functions:

  • Oversight of successful commercial fit-out projects, leading and managing teams both onsite and remotely.
  • Primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, planning, and project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise shopfitting teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee procurement, scheduling, and client management.
  • Manage client phone calls, emails, and personal diary to ensure efficient time management.
  • Handle internal and external stakeholder reporting.
  • Coordinate with interstate teams and manage remote operations across Australia.
  • Ensure that all work complies with safety standards and project specifications.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
  • Be available for interstate travel when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in commercial shopfitting.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing shopfitting projects.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience in procurement, scheduling, and client management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams.
  • Experience with cabinetry and joinery is highly desirable.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Display a solid understanding of all shopfitting processes from start to completion.
  • Proven and demonstrated ability to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Must be comfortable with interstate travel when required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain stakeholder relationships.
