Award-winning builder seeks a highly skilled Site Manager for a 2-month contract role in the city's CBD.
Supported by a Project Manager and skilled leading hand, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a commercial retail build.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects, adhering to client specifications
Lead and supervise site teams, contractors, and subcontractors
Maintain strong health and safety standards, ensuring compliance at all times
Manage on-site logistics, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal disruptions
Ensure all work is completed within budget and on schedule
Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and team members
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager, ideally with a background in retail fit outs
Proven track record in managing retail construction projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
