Commercial Fit-out Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our commercial fit-out projects across Australia.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of commercial fit-out projects, ensuring smooth communication, planning, and execution. As the main point of contact for key stakeholders, you will ensure efficient time management, procurement, scheduling, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage shopfitting teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Oversee procurement, scheduling, and client management to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder reporting to maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with interstate teams and manage remote operations across Australia to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management to track project performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in commercial shopfitting with proven leadership skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience in procurement, scheduling, and client management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience with cabinetry and joinery is highly desirable.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Display a solid understanding of all shopfitting processes from start to completion.
  • Proven ability to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.
