**Summary**

LevelUp are currently working in partnership with a well established international brand who specialise in the delivery of high end fit out and refurbishment projects in the commercial building industry.

**The Opportunity - Building Supervisor**

Due to being new projects and having an extremely healthy pipeline of work secured for the next 12+ months and exciting growth plans in place within Perth, this international brand are now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to play a key role in delivering new construction projects.

The Site Supervisor will be joining a dynamic and versatile team that have a close knit environment that consistently exceed expectations for clients on projects, which leads to consistent repeat business from high profile clients.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Supervising and coordinating teams to meet project goals
- Putting together short-term programs of work
- Staying across your programs, keeping everything on schedule and keeping management up to date
- Fixing problems and reworking when needed to deliver to our high standards
- Work closely with sub-contractors and consultants to solve day-to-day construction and design issues

**Key Skillset Required**:

- Solid and proven understanding of structures, steel, fit-out, finishes and services in a site supervision capacity
- Proven site experience on mid to large-scale commercial construction projects across the full project lifecycle
- In-depth knowledge of building and construction Trades, supported by experience or qualifications
- Knowledge of OH&S legislation, policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Building Code of Australia
- Confidence in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
