Due to continued growth we are searching for a hands-on night shift all rounder tradesman to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for individuals that are seeking casual employment that may lead to full time employment, are able to work weekends and nights shifts, in turn being rewarded with top rates.

The Role

Your duties will include: -

  • Manual tasks including tenancy strip outs, assembly and installation of shop fit equipment, erection of hoarding, concrete, ceilings & walls, and general trade work.
  • Supporting trades and assisting with material preparation, so must have basic math and measurement skills, manual dexterity and hand eye-coordination for using hand and power tools, able to read plans / drawings.
  • Basic understanding of construction terminology and techniques - helpful for understanding instructions and communicating with other team members.
  • Be self motivated, have good communication skills and ability to solve problems.

The Candidate

  • Current "C" class drivers license with own reliable transport.
  • Must have White Construction industry training card.
  • A carpentry, ceilings / walls, shop-fitting or trade qualification / experience will be highly regarded.
  • Forklift and EWP ticket will be highly regarded.
  • Must have own hand tools and cordless kit
  • Must be current resident of Australia
  • Please do not apply if you are looking for FIFO or mining construction work
  • Position is not suitable for people studying University or have a second job due to the hours.

The role will require you to work nights and weekends where required.
