We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a solid background in operations, logistics or project management and 3+ years' experience in customer or business operations. They will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end order processing, issue resolution, and client onboarding. Additionally, they will manage key distributor relationships and ensure service excellence, lead demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management, and collaborate across internal teams.
This is a high-impact role with real visibility and influence, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in supply chain processes, CRM, ERP & inventory systems, and a qualification in Business, Logistics, Project Management, or a related field.
