Senior Platform Technology Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Leader to drive the technical direction and platform architecture across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead strategic decision-making and ensure solutions align with business objectives and risk appetite.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to navigate architectural roadmaps and approvals.
- Provide thought leadership across platforms, tribes, and domains.
- Monitor platform performance and guide the roadmap for platform-owned assets.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence business direction.
- Support a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in technical leadership roles (5–10 years).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Expertise in platform architecture, application performance, and strategic delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in dynamic environments.
- Advanced communication and analytical skills.
- Experience with change management and customer-focused delivery.
This is a hybrid working role based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.
