Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Strategist to bridge the gap between academic innovation and real-world impact in the life sciences sector.

  • Assess cutting-edge inventions for patentability and commercial potential, protecting intellectual property rights and facilitating technology transfer.
  • Drive commercialization strategies by conducting market analyses, identifying commercial partners, and structuring deals to maximize impact.
  • Negotiate complex transactions, including term sheets, license agreements, and investment deals, collaborating with stakeholders to promote University technologies and capabilities.
  • Foster relationships with researchers, industry partners, and investors to promote University technologies and capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in life sciences and technology transfer, with analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex commercial transactions in an academic environment.
