Compliance and Risk Management Specialist

The Compliance and Risk Management Department is responsible for developing and overseeing compliance internal controls, policies, and procedures, as well as risk management frameworks.
As a key member of the Risk & Compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that business operations and procedures comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, while assisting the business on risk-related matters.
- Supporting the Risk & Compliance team in reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining risk and compliance registers to ensure seamless operation.
- Conducting research and analysis on compliance and regulatory matters.
- Implementing internal controls within business processes to drive efficiency.
- Staying up-to-date with compliance requirements and amendments to regulations through relevant training and updates.
- Developing risk management frameworks and strategies to mitigate risks.
- Investigating incidents and compliance breaches to determine root causes and implement preventative actions.
