Essential Responsibilities

About You

To excel in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing, accompanied by current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA). Postgraduate qualifications or significant experience in paediatrics are essential for demonstrating advanced clinical knowledge and expertise.

You must be passionate about delivering high-quality, child- and family-centred care and committed to improving paediatric health outcomes. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to effectively mentor and support junior staff, are crucial.

Experience or a keen interest in project work, quality improvement, and implementing new models of care is highly desirable. The capacity to collaborate within diverse teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders is vital.
