About Us
We are looking for a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 to join our team as a Project Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to provide advanced clinical care and leadership within the paediatric unit, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to collaboratively implement and refine innovative models of care.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing frontline clinical expertise to support and guide pilot projects, ensuring they are effectively translated into improved practice. You will also mentor and support junior nursing staff, fostering a culture of professional development and clinical excellence.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing, with current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA). You will also need postgraduate qualifications or significant experience in paediatrics, demonstrating advanced clinical knowledge and expertise. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and support junior staff effectively, are essential. Experience or a keen interest in project work, quality improvement, and implementing new models of care is also desirable.
