Key Responsibilities:
- Drive urban renewal and precinct-level design and remediation projects that transform communities
- Support large-scale infrastructure projects in fast-paced environments, delivering results for trusted clients
- Provide property due diligence and transactional advisory services for industrial and commercial real estate
- Offer technical advisory, expert witness services, and regulatory strategy support
- Collaborate with contaminated land auditors (with optional audit support opportunities)
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- A tertiary qualification in environmental science or a related field from a recognized institution
- A minimum of 15 years' experience in environmental consulting, preferably in Australia
- Proven skills in building relationships, managing projects, and driving business development
- Experience crafting winning proposals for projects of all sizes
