We have an exciting opportunity for a leader to spearhead the sustainable development, management, and conservation of fisheries in South Australia through consultative engagement with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth and sustainability of South Australian fisheries.
- Collaborate closely with aquatic science specialists to deliver research that supports informed decision-making.
- Provide expert advice to senior executives and policymakers on fisheries management.
- Balance competing interests and views while maintaining the primary objective of maintaining sustainable fish stocks.
