About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Jurlique International Pty. in a Full Time capacity. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be working closely with our ANZ Marketing & Sales team to provide exceptional customer service by maintaining knowledge of Jurlique products, ranging, retail operation functions, service standards, and ordering process.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Retail Operations role or equivalent, with strong numeracy skills and analytical accuracy across a range of internal and external data sources. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed on time, managing Concept Store allocations, ROPC orders, and Department Store orders, and reviewing and ensuring order details are correct and adhere to terms of retailer agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and respond to stockist queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Follow-up on price discrepancies between customer orders and JDE.
  • Manage and follow-up on order rejections, logistic issues, and deliveries.
  • Schedule orders to meet the customer and account management requested dates.
  • Process refunds, credits, and provide authorization numbers for product returns, damaged in transit, etc.
  • Participate in various projects or initiatives as required.
  • Coordinate the management of Jurlique accounts in conjunction with Commercial Sales teams.
  • Manually enter and process gratis orders half-yearly.
  • Setup of new ANZ accounts ensuring contact information is up-to-date.
  • Complete service performance reporting and analysis – produce daily reporting as required.
  • Communicate price changes, discontinuations, and code changes to concept, stockist, department stores, National Pharmacies, and corporate channels.
  • Create opening orders for new stores and coordinate stock transfers for store closures.
  • Assist in the management of inventory and store supplies including testers, collateral, and consumables.
  • Load product weights and dimensions to JDE for all ANZ local products/packs/GWPs.

Customer Service:

  • Spend time engaging with customers and develop good working relationships with key customer personnel.
  • Demonstrate an understanding and sound level of knowledge of Jurlique, our products, and offerings.
  • Provide professional advice in handling phone and customer queries in accordance with Jurlique policies and values.
  • Resolve service issues through liaison with the customer, distribution partner, brand representatives, and/or Jurlique stakeholders.
  • Contribute to creating and updating processes and procedures relating to store operations that relate to inventory control.
  • Be the account manager/point of contact for all 6 stockist accounts.
  • Manage VEND products, promotions, and tracking setup for all stores including User accounts.
  • Manage ROPC updates, concept store quarterly stocktake, and all in-store processes related to VEND and stock management.
  • Manage all pricing updates in VEND.
  • Work with Finance to investigate write-off transactions monthly.
