About the Role

At Smartest Energy, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality support services to our Sales team, internal stakeholders, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support day-to-day sales support and sales operations activities, including setting up and running prices for submission, managing TPI enquiries, and resolving queries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Third-Party Intermediaries (TPIs) and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring it remains the central source of truth.
  • Support Sales Channel Managers throughout the end-to-end sales process.
  • Manage contract signature and storage processes.
  • Be the go-to person for all sales-related matters.
  • Complete acceptance testing for new system developments.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales operations or a similar role within the energy and utilities sector.
  • Education to graduate level with a minimum high school certificate.
  • Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
  • High standard of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and communicate roadblocks to stakeholders.
