Strategic Learning Officer

As a Strategic Learning Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organisation's continuous growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and facilitate reflection sessions to explore experiences and feedback for actionable insights.
  • Lead organisational learning processes to identify areas of improvement and drive maximum impact.
  • Create data-driven visualisations that showcase the connection between our work and community outcomes.
  • Coordinate data collection activities across the organisation to ensure seamless participation.
  • Nurture relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and relationship-building.
Requirements:
  • Proven proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools like Power BI.
  • Passion for using data to drive social change and empower communities.
  • Experience in reporting, organisational learning, or similar roles with technical and stakeholder-centric responsibilities.
  • Confident facilitation skills to lead reflective learning sessions and support evidence-informed decision-making.
  • Ability to translate complex data into accessible insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with external evaluators and coordinating data collection activities.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments and proactive approach to managing competing priorities.
  • Commitment to our vision, values, and principles, particularly around community leadership and shared decision-making.
