High-Volume Food Production Specialist

We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Batch Makers. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient manufacture of food products.
This is a challenging role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

About the Role:- Produce high-quality food products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Participate in quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
- Ability to lift 25 kg and stand for long periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Forklift license an advantage but not required.
- A competitive hourly rate of $36.65.
- A guaranteed 38 hours per week.
- The opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
- This is a part-time permanent position with varied shifts.
- You will be required to work in a factory environment with exposure to strong smells and temperatures.
- The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle to commute to and from work.
