Electrician Position for High-Volume Manufacturing

Job Opportunity:
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on high-volume food manufacturing and packaging equipment.
- Maintaining all machinery and conveyors in good working condition through preventative and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety systems at all times.
- Recording maintenance activities and corrective work in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Troubleshooting complex high-speed manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
The Right Candidate
- Ability to work a regular afternoon shift from Monday to Friday.
- Possession of recognized electrical trade qualifications, with an A-class electrical license being essential.
- Demonstrated commitment to Occupational Health and Safety practices.
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and troubleshooting in high-volume production environments, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, team orientation, and achievement drive.
