High Volume Food Manufacturing Warehouse Manager

The role of Warehouse Operations Manager is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-volume ready-made meals food manufacturing warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and automations to ensure seamless fulfilment of store and DC orders.
">About the role:
">- Manage a team of direct reports, focusing on mentoring and safety">
- Effectively manage the Warehouse Management System to maintain data accuracy and minimize downtime">
- Collaborate with planning and production teams to manage finished goods stock, preventing write-offs and ensuring product allocation to stores">
- Develop and implement warehouse operating procedures and process improvements">
About you:
">- Experience in complex warehousing and logistics, preferably in FMCG">
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams">
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Quality systems">
- Experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality assurance/control">
- Exposure to short shelf life environments is preferred">
