About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced emergency management professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have qualifications in trainer/assessor, mines rescue, occupational first aid, and emergency management. They will also have previous experience in emergency response, preferably in mining or construction.

This role involves implementing and training the Emergency Response Team and Safety Management System. It includes directing and managing the emergency management capability and resources for EHO operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing, and training emergency response protocols and procedures.
  • Supporting the Emergency Response Team through training packages to site personnel.
  • Implementing, training, and supporting the Emergency Response Team.
  • Reviewing, inspecting, and auditing emergency response facilities, processes, and documents.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate 4 Trainer/Assessor
  • Certificate 3 Mines Rescue
  • Occupational First Aid
  • Cert 4 HLT Ambulance Diploma in Emergency Management
