Support Centre Operations Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Support Centre Operations Specialist to join our team in delivering quality service to customers. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operations hub.
Main Responsibilities- Undertake activities in the support centre, guaranteeing efficient service delivery across all aspects of the business.
- Communicate with drivers who may need to stop for a break due to fatigue events.
- Monitor resources and demand, proactively identifying, managing, and escalating potential challenges or risks before they escalate into issues.
- Interact and engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure logistics and transport processes are managed effectively.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills, ensuring all interactions meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to effectively address challenges and find optimal solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work within a team environment and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
