Job Title: Retail Centre Operations Support Specialist

The role of Retail Centre Operations Support Specialist is to assist in managing the overall operations, maintenance and smooth running of a portfolio of retail centres in QLD.

  • Responsibilities include assisting with all aspects of hard and soft services, contractor induction and management, occupational health and safety, preventative and reactive maintenance.
  • The successful candidate will have exposure to operational expenditure and capital expenditure budget management.
  • Delivering small projects is also a key aspect of this role.
  • Supporting tenancy coordination and providing overall operational support are additional responsibilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Facilities, Maintenance or Operations Assistant/Coordinator is essential.
  • Strong administrative and technical skills are required.
  • A strong understanding of workplace health and safety, compliance and risk is necessary.
  • The ability to learn and understand property specific terminology and confidently liaise with industry professionals is crucial.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills are vital.
  • Multitasking and prioritisation at a high level are also required.
