**Job Title:** Centre Support Specialist

**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to assist with the delivery of cleaning services across our national portfolio of properties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Track the delivery of cleaning services to ensure consistency and high standards
  • Work with internal stakeholders and cleaning vendors to resolve performance issues and drive continuous improvement
  • Support the planning, tracking and reporting of cleaning audits and close out of issues
  • Prepare summary reports and presentations to document cleaning at centres
  • Forecast and reconcile costs incurred to ensure efficient and cost-effective cleaning operations

**Your Impact:** Ensure the day-to-day operations of cleaning at the centres meet Goodstart's policies and procedures.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in business, facilities management, communications or early childhood education (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Experience gained within high-volume customer service roles (essential)
  • Previous working experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) (desired)
